To provide assistance to Subsidiaries in terms of marketing

strategies.

-To oversee marketing activities and POSM in the right

direction and objective.

-To provide marketing communication and strategic directions

for subsidiaries in terms of MARCOM & BRANDING.

-To Oversee Design & Media team to create the digital

activities.

-Ensure all marketing activities of subsidiaries in the right

track and in keeping with the momentum.

-Juggling the tasks between each subsidiary and design team

and social media team to work on POSM, and SOCIAL MEDIA as they

are the baseline for LBN’s image.

-From time to time, stipulate the marketing strategies, spot-

checking to ensure the set plan is on the right track and

the right place and with the right momentum.

-Building relationships with the B2B customers for each

subsidiary.

-Juggling all tasks with other departments to

keep action-plan-based activities abreast with the set

timeline.

-Activating as a key player in contacting and communicating around

with other departments in order to keep the marketing

directions on the right track.

-Streamlining all products and services into the smooth

communication loop, especially with the graphic design and media

team.

- Master or BA in Marketing or related filed is an asset.

- At least 4 or 5 years experiences in Marketing Manager.

- Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire

performance.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in N

creatively devising and leading across channels marketing

campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in

online marketing and measurement.

- Strong communication with clients, government officials and

other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in service

and product.

- Financial Planning and Strategy knowledge.
