• Daily monitoring on Sales Activity on Meeting and Calls reports to ensure the data is up to date

• Daily monitoring on Lead & Deal to ensure data is properly entered per guideline

• Daily monitoring on sales pipeline in all 3 sales channels, Retail, Project & Wholesales to ensure a healthy sales cycle and update to date follow up Notes

• Coaching and guiding sales team on professional sales process according to guideline

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion

• Conduct desktop research to generate Lead list for our sales team as a support on Lead generation

• Remind and alert to sales team when their Lead, Account and Deal are not being followed up in the last 3 months

• Provide quality & quantity assurance of imported data, working with store team analysts if necessary

• Process confidential data and information according to guidelines

• Analyse quarterly sales reports

• Prepare weekly & monthly sales report for management

• Help develop reports from single or multiple systems; prepare and present analysis to management

• Manage and design the reporting environment and prepare necessary report for sales team

• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements

• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization

• Troubleshoot the system and its reporting environment

• Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems

• Train and update end-users on new reports and dashboards or other new updates from system

• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing to ensure team meet the highest data accuracy goal

• Minimum a bachelor's degree, preferable in the areas of Business Administration or Marketing or Data Science related studies

• Proven sales experience

• Sales process training skills

• Tracking and analysing sales data

• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field

• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations

• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases

• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
