- Support Operation

- Preventive Maintenance Work (PM)

– send information to operation team to make PM plan, follow up PM work, follow up service and complete check list

- Corrective Maintenance Work (CM)

- follow up service and complete check list, check document against service call

- Clear advance payment, prepare welfare-related document, prepare spare part requisition

document, open work order (call)

- Support customer

- Collect information from customer or sales to operation team eg. New branch, branch

code, branch name, contracted equipment, working condition, database, functional location

etc.

- Prepare report to customer, confirm with customer before issuing invoice, prepare

quotation, and follow up customer PO

- Prepare service invoice

- recheck and make sure that billing income is correct and issue invoice

- Vocational Certificate or Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration,

- Accounting or other related fields

- Good Microsoft Office skill

- Fast learner

- Service-minded, polite, patient
