• Design and build DevOps tools to enable automation and agile implementation in software development

• Define software deployment approaches and environment promotion strategy

• Craft and manage automation pipelines for software build and releases

• Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation

• Collaborate with different teams to adopt DevOps practices and achieve CI / CD outcomes

• Participate in incident triage and help in relevant issue troubleshooting

• Familiar with Salesforce and CloudSense architecture

• Assist with supervisory functions, which may include staff planning, managing and prioritizing team’s work load, training and mentoring to enhance skills and promote cross-skilling.

• Work with third party vendors to resolve and/or implement fixes for the resolution of defects related to third party software

• Participate in Production Operations Support including Application Monitoring, Maintenance and Restoration activities

• Contribute suggestions and ideas for continuous improvements of the system based on insights gained on problems encountered

• Prepare management reporting

• Has experience in CloudSense and Salesforce CPQ, and at least one (1) full SDLC implementation experience on Cloud Sense

• Possess knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Sales Cloud and Lightning experience a plus.

• Familiarity with Telco Industry (BSS/OSS)

• Understanding of agile processes and scrum practices

• Understanding of Windows or Linux system administration and infrastructure management

• Experience or familiarity with configuration management like Ansible, Chef or Puppet

• Experience or familiarity with cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP or Cloud Foundry

• Experience or familiarity with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift

• Experience or familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Helm, Git, Nexus, Artifactory or Azure DevOps

• Comfortable learning and expanding base skillsets

• Comfortable working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent communication both written and oral and interpersonal skills
