• Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings.

• Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.

• Note about expired date of goods and report to the supervising authorities.

• Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of the goods (including necessary consumable supplies).

• Ensuring the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations,

• Do daily reports on product in-out.

• Do weekly report on stock counting,

• Counting stock and cooperate with the supplier’s teams to ensure the daily operations run smoothly.

• Prepare properly finished product in to location.

• Arrange finished product for shipment.

• Any other tasks related to warehouse.

• Experience in Warehouse management and FIFO system at least 1 year

• Have a management and leadership skill

• Have communication and Interpersonal skill

• Can read, write, and speak English and basic of computer literacy, (If able to speak Thai will advantage)

• Able to use Microsoft word, excel, and power point
