Jobs Description

1、协助运营经理做好运营管理相关工作;

2、协助部门对商业公司各案场管理工作质量进行督查,及时掌握各类信息上报领导,包括各案场的工作动向;

3、协助部门对各商户案场定期巡查,包括商户任务与达成,销售数据,结算数据的统计与检查;

4、商户仪容仪表和礼仪,日常接待流程、会议流程、上报巡查报告;

5、协助部门做好公司网站,公司企业报所需资料的催促与收集工作,做好公司企业文化宣传;

6、参与商业公司各部门相关方案或工作计划等需要督办,考核事项的讨论制定工作;

7、协助部门做好对商业公司及案场办公环境、秩序负责监督;

8、领导交办的其他相关工作。


1. Assist the operation manager to do the work related to operation management;

2. Assisted the department to supervise the management quality of each case in the commercial company, grasped all kinds of information in time and reported to the leader, including the working trend of each case;

3. Assisted the department in the regular inspection of merchant sites, including merchant tasks and achievement, sales data and settlement data statistics and inspection;

4. Merchant appearance and etiquette, daily reception process, meeting process, report inspection report;

5. Assisted the department to urge and collect information needed for the company's website and enterprise newspaper, and propagated the company's corporate culture;

6. Participate in the discussion and formulation of relevant plans or work plans of various departments of commercial companies;

7. Assisted the department to supervise the office environment and order of commercial companies and case sites;

8. Other related work assigned by leaders.

Jobs Requirement

1、市场营销、工商管理、公共关系等相关专业,大专以上学历;

2、一年以上商业运营专员相关工作经验;

3、具有较强的沟通协调能力;

4、团队意识强,具有较强的责任感及执行力,具备较强的学历能力,发现问题、解决问题的能力;

5、积极主动,能够承受较大工作压力,吃苦耐劳;

7、熟练使用相关办公软件;

6、英文、中文和柬文可以正常工作交流;


1. College degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, public relations, etc.

2. More than one year working experience as a business operation specialist;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills;

4. Strong sense of team work, strong sense of responsibility and execution, strong academic ability, and the ability to find and solve problems;

5, Proactive, able to work under pressure, bear hardships and stand hard work;

Proficient in office software;

6, English, Chinese and Khmer language can be normal work communication (at least Chinese and Khmer);
