Job Description

• Manage network systems such as computer server, cameras, printers, finger print and desk phone

• Ensure that any problems related to IT tasks that occurs shall be quickly resolved such as error ISP, LAN, and router switch

• Make it easy for computer users

• Have a clear branch schedule and discipline with working time

• Maintain and clean the company's technical equipment and materials well for long-term use.

• Help guide computer users to use and maintain it for a long time.

• Be honest and hardworking and respectful of time.

• Report various technical materials related to IT.

• Maintain and protect company assets (reduce IT-related costs).

• Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.

• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

• Reports to IT managers

• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Laws or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field

• Good in Spoken and Written English;

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

• Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills

• Sound judgment and good at problem solving

• Strong Management and leadership skills

• Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking
