Job Description

• Monthly & Yearly Customs Report (Khmer Language) also to coordinate with customs each locations.

• Consolidating invoices per shipment & coordinating with Broker all the time in case of lacking when submersion of supporting docs.

• Processing for delivery permit in Khmer Language.

• Able to go Customs Excise head office each delivery.

• Able to do request import letter approval each delivery.

• During destruction of items-, manage to make appointment to customs with letter request in Khmer language to be submit to minister's office.

• Collect information about shipment’s progress

• Arrange and provide efficient delivery logistics to customer

• Other task assign by manage

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Management or others

- At least got 1 or 2 years in shipping/ logistic experience

- Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel; and Internet and Email

- Good command of English Communication – Speaking and writing,

- Ethical, committed and motivated,

- Honest and trustworthy, polite, friendly and good team work,

- Able to work well in a fast paced environment,

- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline.

- Expert on excel file in terms of reporting's & formulas.

- Communicate & negotiate with higher official in customs in case of having issue we have
