- Control the quality of cleaning, parking and security service.

- Monitor and manage daily operations.

- Carry out regular inspections to monitor operations at the mall.

- Inspect the general condition of operations at the property and initiate action when needed.

- Plan work schedules to complete tasks and duties.

- Make sure rules and regulations of the mall are followed.

- Good communication and customer service to tenants.

- Answer property management queries and complaints politely and professionally.

- Communicate regularly and politely with tenants.

- Report on actions taken, results and progress.

- 1 – 2 years’ or more experience in property management

- Good organizational, planning and reporting skills

- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Good communication skills

- Khmer Language with English as an advantage
