Job Description

The Senior Surveillance Operator shall provide monitoring and analysis of all gaming and cash handling activity. Ensure that any violations of the law, company regulations and illicit or illegal activities are logged and reported to Surveillance Supervisor in a timely manner. The Senior Surveillance Operator may act in the role of Supervisor, as required.

1. To monitor, detect and report on irregular, suspicious and illegal activities, ensuring appropriate personnel are informed as soon as possible

2. To strictly comply with the “Code of Ethics” at all times

3. To ensure that all Surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the Surveillance Supervisor immediately

4. To ensure accurate and neat recording of all activities, as required in the logs and reporting formats used for the CCTV operation

5. To maintain all administrative work

6. To safeguard all confidential information and to exercise due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use

7. To contribute to team effectiveness by keeping informed and sharing knowledge and technical skills

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Surveillance Operator experience

• Knowledge of all Casino Games

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Good organizational skills and time management

• Observant, attentive and aware

• Self-motivated & approachable

• Attention to detail

• Able to work with others as a team

• Basic statistics & mathematics

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
