• Prepares financial statement along with related commentary highlights for management’s approval.

• Prepares statement of comprehensive income by branches along with commentary highlights for management’s approval.

• Performs and assists FM to prepare budget planning for year N+1 along with commentary highlights.

• Performs/reviews monthly and yearly balance reconciliation against trial balance (TB).

• Performs/reviews monthly and yearly tax declaration.

• Performs/reviews daily, monthly and yearly accounting/financial transactions and reports for management’s approval.

• Reviews all payment/disbursement documents processing, ensuring comply with the updated company’s SOPs.

• Reviews monthly and quarterly financial and loan reports to NBC and CMA for management’s approval.

• Reviews accounting processes, policies, and providing recommendation as appropriate to management.

• Supports and reviews monthly work of subordinate staffs.

• Liaises company partners such as external auditor, bank and gov’t agencies.

• Other tasks assigned by Senior Finance Manager and top management team.
