1. Manage and control inventory movement

2. Prepare monthly and yearly inventory count report and reconcile ensuring the count adheres to set procedures and policy

3. Post inventory adjustment and inventory scrap

4. Detailed reconciliation from count sheets through to General ledger stock accounts

5. Ensure inventory adjustment is approved follow COA and properly documented

6. Ensure inventory scrap is approved follow COA and properly documented

7. Manage and control Inventory provision

8. Ensure inventory provision is approved follow COA

9. Ensure inventory in expire, close to expire, damage, or not to be used is fully provide with provision

10. Alert to management when another inventory impairment indicator is identified

11. Another task is assigned by manager

1. 2 to 3 year experience with accounting or warehouse
