- Manage direct & indirect material planning & stock analysis to match production consumption.

- Manage inventory stock levels of direct & indirect material to the company’s targets.

- Response for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance to the company policies and procedure.

- Track & coordinate with the suppliers & transporters to ensure the shipment arrives on schedule.

- Ensure that appropriate documents associated with a purchase / shipment are distributed to the concerned department.

- Prepare reports and summarize data as management and other departments.

- Prepare monthly consignment report and confirm to supplier.

- Highlight & communicate urgently to appropriate managers if any shipment is known or suspected of being late.

- Other tasks as required by management.

- Degree in accounting, business administration or/and related fields.

- Minimum 2 years experiences in logistics/ shipping, procurement; Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.

- Commit to meet deadline project.

- Familiar with SUN system or other accounting systems.

- Cost effectiveness whilst maintaining the required quality and supply.
