Proper Order entry for Branch Office
Invoice Printing for Branch Office
Entry sale return into system for Branch Office
Issue sample for Branch Office
New customer creation into system for Branch Office
Receive sample returned for Branch Office
Check the scheme for all principles for Branch Office
Installing computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the branch office
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Manage IT Inventory up-to-date
Other task assigned by MIS Supervisor, IT Manager, Branch Office.
This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.

Jobs Requirement

Diploma or Degree in IT field or similar
1-2 years’ work experience in data entry
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office and other software is an asset
