- Monitoring and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly data backups and recovery plans

- Monitoring and maintaining email server

- Monitoring and maintaining VMware vSphere environment

- Installing and configuring new hardware and software

- Maintaining security patches and changing management for all clients and servers

- Monitoring and controlling user accounts and IT assets

- Troubleshoot and provide support for infrastructure issues

- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

- University degree in IT or other related fields

- At least 1 year of experience in IT or other related fields

- Broad knowledge and experience in VMware virtualization environment

- Broad knowledge and experience in IT support, network, security, etc.

- Possess good problem-solving and communication skills

- Able to multi-task and prioritize workloads

- Fluent in verbal and written English
