- Responsible for directing, coordinating & growing the Life Insurance Business by identifying new business opportunities.

- Evaluate and set up business processes, systems and SOPs for the entire company.

- Conduct strategic analysis and business plan of the company.

- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data and re-strategize to ensure productivity & goal achievement are met.

- Participate in the development & preparation of short-term and long-term plans based on the strategic plans & objectives.

- Manage life business operations in line with the company’s policies and guidelines.

- Continuously propose the basis and scope of new insurance products and pricing of life products for market competitiveness.

- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and commitment to quality.

- Put in place control mechanisms that enable achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction and best quality services for all clients.

- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.

- Set KPI and lead team to achieve the organizational objectives and goals.

- Building relationship with relevant authorities, key account clients and other business network partners

- Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders to support business expansion.

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or insurance

- At least minimum 5 years working experience as management in insurance industry.

- Fluency in English and Khmer both verbal & written and other language is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Strong leadership skills, flexible, assertive and result driven.

- Business acumen, strategic thinker with ability to make sound decisions for the business.

- Excellent interpersonal and good public speaking skills.

- Leader with a positive and dynamic personality, able to adapt to different cultures
