** Job purpose

The Channel Sales Analyst is responsible in collecting all data, assist in forecasting and planning sales target and monitoring sales performance for Channel Sales Department. He is responsible in ensuring correct and accurate data reported and recorded in KOL/TECNO system.

- Weekly collects & monitors all accurate data from sales team i.e. all Team Leaders. Data include competitors’ report.

- Assist in forecasting, allocation and setting of target for branches, distributors and dealers.

- Analyzes data especially turnover per model to evaluate current sales goals. Provides weekly turnover report per model per dealer and suggests strategies that will improve sales.

- Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures, or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.

- Validation of dealer policy via the Company’s system to assist in the processing of Dealer claims, assist in credit card validation submitted by dealers and ensures timely submission to company.

- Tracks & monitors purchase orders from distributors and Dealers buying direct from Tecno.

- Ensures encoding/recording of all sell-in and sell-through in the DCR system on timely

manner

- Assists and provides all needed report and data analysis for Channel Sales Department.

- Also assist data and report for other departments from time to time and as needed. And

records and files all incoming and outgoing documents

- A graduate of Business Administration, Management, Finance, Math, Statistics or other related courses.

- At least 1-3 years of related experience in Telecommunications industry.

- Must be expert in MS Excel; proficient in other MS Office applications.

- Must have an excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Must be a critical thinker and very keen to details.
