 Bridges the gap between IT and business by assessing processes, IT systems architecture, determine requirements and reports to stakeholders.

 Engages with business leaders and users to understand how new change request/projects with changes to process, products, services, software and hardware

 Creates a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business

 Conducts critical examinations of current business processes/ commercial activities in relation and derive actionable insights and provide recommendations

 Demonstrates flexibility and innovation to meet the demands of an ever-changing environment

 Conducts complete analysis of business cases and segment activities

 Works closely with the MIS, Business Performance, Finance units in developing projects/ activities dashboards and reports and facilitating project data review and analysis.

 Prepares reports and analyze existing data for projects trends and performance. Perform or define ad hoc report requests as needed to support stakeholders needs

 Performs other tasks as assigned by management

 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

 At least 2 years’ experience in Business Analyst

 Advanced level in using MS Office tools

 Strong business analysis and functional experience

 Ability to use data to develop insights, recommendations, and business cases

 Knowledge in design and requirement gathering methodologies of data

 English proficiency

 Computer literacy

 Dynamic, innovative and able to work independently
