 Drives and manages the business process within IT and related business excellence, digital and automation.

 Identifies and consolidates all the processes pertaining to IT Operational Units and Related Business Unit.

 Documents all those processes and prioritizing the critical ones for digitization and/or automation

 Conducts analysis of the processes, identify and suggest improvement to the stakeholders

 Proposes solutions by automating IT/Business Processes

 Promotes a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

 Facilitates preparation, planning, and implementation of the workflow automation with the Workflow team

 Establishes IT Process Change Management/ Controllers

 Ensures proper execution of IT/Business Processes automation & Continuous Improvement

 Performs other tasks as assigned by management

 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

 At least 2 years of IT project management, business analyst, or software development

 Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, with the ability to handle technical and financial challenges

 Experience on product and technical elements of business processes

 Knowledge in documentation, reporting and project management

 English proficiency

 Computer literacy and good in advance Excel

 Dynamic, innovative and able to work independently
