- Be aware of the IT organization’s strategic aims, policies, processes, and procedures.

- Actively work with appropriate teams in IT to pre-empt service issues and minimize the impact of services issues on the Business

- Maintaining related POS devices activities, such as maintaining records, managing stocks, upgrading versions, and monitoring performance of POS devices.

- Offer user appropriate daily support operation, address usage issues, troubleshooting, devices, training, and ad-hoc tasks to users when necessary.

- Conduct POS training material, FAQ, guidance, and troubleshooting documents for the team and across the team for reducing misunderstanding, effective self-service resolving the issue, and standard practical fixing issue

- Work on the resolution and follow-up with all parties involved.

- Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.

- Male, age 22-30 years old.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT, MIS, Information Technology, or related fields

- At least 1-year of experience in Mobile Application Support.

- Training/experience with operating systems and scripting (Android, Unix/Linux, and Windows)

- Training/experience with Java or an object-oriented programming language.

- Training/experience with Android Studio, Java (Eclipse), and MySQL

- Training/experience with Business Analysts and IT support

- Training/experience with IT Training facilitator

- Good business communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good team player with strong problem-solving and business analytical skills

- Ability to work independently with well structured

- Ability to work multitask and prioritize workload

- Demonstrated customer support mindset and service mind

- Flexible and Adaptive for any challenges and extra scope of work

- Familiarity with the FMCG business model is a plus.
