- Be aware of the IT organization’s strategic aims, policies, processes, and procedures.

- Create, analyze, design, development, and maintenance of existing and new IT projects for the company.

- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.

- Responsible for writing and coding from specific requirements.

- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.

- Perform maintenance programming, Investigate, analyze, correct, and document reports of identified defects.

- Create a new report or modify the existing report to meet business needs. 

- Support and create insightful dashboards in multiple visualization technologies. 

- Ensure data security, data quality, and query performance are implemented.

- Ensuring that the application works efficiently and effectively across browsers and devices

- Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability.

- Support existing application software as per request and perform related duties as assigned.

- Male, age 22-35 years old.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET or .NET programming or PHP, or other software design skills.

- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, HTML, Ajax, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Experience in Power BI is a plus.   

- Data Technology experience with Business Intelligence tools, methodologies, and/or responsibilities (ex. ETL, BI Reporting, etc.)

- Enjoy working in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Self-motivated, creative and innovative, and willing to learn new technologies.

- Good communication skills, speaking and writing in both Khmer and English.

- Strong interpersonal skills and Human relations.

- Able to work in a dynamic environment for any challenges and extra scope of work that requires greater flexibility and adaptability.

- Demonstrated support mindset and service mind.

- Familiarity with the FMCG business model is a plus.
