JOB DESCRIPTION

-To assist the team in the area of Finance Operations including reporting and administration. 

-To ensure all documentation are properly filed & recorded

-Work is closely supervised and checked

-Procedures and policies are available for guidance and/or frequent review/discussion with superior

-Guided by broad policy guidelines and/or objectives/targets for work assignments are communicated by superior

-Expected to work independently with overall guidance by superior

-Sets own goals and objectives to meet overall objectives of the Group

-Accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reports etc

-Keeping accurate accounting records and data entry into the accounting system and effective documents filing

-Assist in the preparation of Bank’s financial and accounting reports including regulatory reports for submission to authorities.

-Assist with the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions as well as corporate and statutory compliance

-Assist with other functions such as management reporting, budgeting & planning and tax matters where required

-Assist with financial audits

JOB REQUIREMENT

•      Degree holder with at least 1 year related working experience in finance or accounting.

•      Basic accounting & ledger keeping skill

•      2 years’ experience in a financial / banking environment

•      Analytical & problem solving skill

•      Communication skill

•      Reporting & writing skill

•      EXCEL Spreadsheet
