JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Develop, prepare and monitor an annual IT audit plan

·      Establish and design the audit program, methodology, and procedures

·      Manage and lead the IT Audit team for both quality & quantity to meet the audit objective

·      Management of the audit engagement within the timeframe to results of effectiveness and efficiency.

·      Determine the audit scope, objectives and address high-risk areas and minimize the internal control gap.

·      Perform reviews of IT management policies and procedures/guidelines and other SOPs such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery, and information security and compliance with the regulations to ensure that controls surrounding these processes are adequate and in place.

·      Contributes and strengthens the IT Governance, Risk management, IT controls environment, IT security management to the Bank.

·      Implement the audit execution/spot follow-up over the audit activities and performance.

·      Discuss the audit reports, critical matters are identified, meeting with the related management/business owner team for specific issues as necessary.

·      Support/train/coach the audit team on the audit knowledge/new tool and technique to ensure audit process; control management; scope and technique are coved.

·      Frequently Review and update audit methodology, program, and documents as needed to align with the current PBL’s business.

·      Provide training to staff and ensure that staff is staying up-to-date on the developments

·      Constant improvement of audit performance through assessing the capacity of the team to provide training/refreshment/coaching on audit technique and methodology to improve to archives good quality as well as efficiency.

·      Encourage and promote a collaborative and transparent working culture.

·      Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HIA.

JOB REQUIREMENT

·      A degree in Information Technology/Computer Information Systems or CISA credential and additional experience in Banking/FIs is an advantage

·      Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT audit/IT management role or related

·      Understand and Knowledge in IT audit, IT security, Risk and Compliance management, Network Infra, Database, MIS and Operating Platform, and others.

·      Good written and verbal communication both Khmer and English

·      A good advisory manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

·      Good teamwork, positive approach, and audit ethic

·      Motivation and ability to work without supervision
