• Oversee day-to-day operations;

• Design strategy and set goals for growth;

• Establish an effective working relationship with all businesses and managers;

• Participate in the development of business plans and direct special projects;

• Direct the preparation and implementation of all annual financial reports including budgets, management plan and annual report to BOD;

• Coordinate and manage compliance responsibilities;

• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally;

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance;

• Oversee the development of customers services platform;

• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision;

• Monitor costs and expenses assist in budget preparation;

• Other tasks assigned by BOD.

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and to meet commitments;

• Male and Female are Welcomed;

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Any related Field;

• Strong knowledge in management and leadership skills;

• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in managerial level, GM with Real Estate are preferable;

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Be able to work well independently, good communications;

• English and Khmer speaking, reading and writing abilities English and Khmer proficiency;

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook);

• Flexible, Hard Working, Honestly.
