Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/business management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience in purchasing management in construction procurement
• Good command of English, knowledge in Chinese is a plus.
• Skill in MS Office, internet and Email, and other purchasing system required
• Skill in project management, teamwork, analyzing, problem-solving, negotiation and communication
