Jobs Description

Plan and implement the legal compliance program for the company
Review and update the standards of conduct in the organization
Monitor all the business processes to identify weak performance areas
Analyze the compliance risks involved in business operations
Ensure compliance with all accounting business
Coordinate with other departments to identify compliance issues and directs them to the right channels for further investigations
Consult with a corporate attorney to resolve the compliance issues
Train to employees concerning the company's compliance program
Resolve employee's concerns over legal matters
Understand professional business standards and industry practices

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or related field
2 years of experience working as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, or a similar role
Professional compliance advanced degree/certifications such as CCEP will be preferred
Familiar with all business state and local regulations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver
A keen eye on details for accuracy
Good time management skills
Ability to work in teams
