1. Scope of Working:

Corporate Finance Officer is responsible in dealing with corporate bank on re-financing and funding activities.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investor;

- Assist in performing operational and financial analyses;

- Prepare periodical reports and financial analysis for regulated entities;

- Build up a good relationship with the banks to facilitate the loan application and credit process etc.,

- Perform cash flow forecast and management with the objective to optimize the working capital;

- Assist corporate financing and re-financing activities;

- Undertake ad hoc assignments or special business projects as assigned.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2 years in Finance or Accounting Experience

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Good business acumen, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken

- Keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills

- Adaptive to changes and able to work independently
