- Defining the need for blockchain and its functions in the organization.

- Designing, developing, and testing blockchain systems.

- Work in cross-functional teams to find solution to any problem as required

- Ensure Source Code Quality including Team member Code review and Unit Test and Automation Testing

- Application Release

- Perform DevOps task and Basic Setup

- Securing the blockchain network

- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of data protection for digital payments.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- 3 Year experience with Software Development

- 1 Year experience with Blockchain Development

- Knowledge in Blockchain programming languages, such as C++,

Go, Rush, Java or Python.

- Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols.

- Knowledge of best practices in blockchain management and data

protection

- Basic Knowledge with Cloud platform

- Basic Knowledge with on SOLID principles or Clean Code

- Basic Knowledge with Agile Development (Scrum) is a plus

- Basic Knowledge with DevOps and tools such as Jira, Git

Repository and Deployment Pipeline, or Jenkins is a plus

- Understand team work

- Basic Knowledge of Financial sector Business
