JOB SUMMARY

IT offficer shall install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.

- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

- Prepare monthly operational staff payroll.

- To report to IT Manager any difficulty.

- Other tasks as outlined by the management.

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE

- High school degree and good knowledge of IT environment and computers.

- Some significant experience as IT Professional in other companies.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.

- Experience with various operating systems and databases.
