JOB SUMMARY

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for purchasing goods/OE for the company operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

- Buy goods and do market survey as needed

- Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers, ensuring price is always competitive

- Keying purchasing data into Peachtree System/Microsof Office

- Make sure stoct (Operational Equipments) of assigned-outlets are well managed

- Ensure purchase reques/procurement process is complete and executed in compliance to policies

- Inspect the quality and quantity of procured materials and provide update to Purchasing Supervisor

- Compile monthly report on prices comparison for major categories of purchases with market

- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least 1-year experience with purchasing or procurement work related

- High schoo degree or Bachelor degree of any fields is required

- Ability to work under pressure. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.

- Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus

- Results driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline
