JOB SUMMARY

The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for preparing and monitoring vendors/supliers contract, searching for new supliers/vendors to supplies best possible price and quality of goods.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender and contracts

- Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes

- Lead subordinates to ensure that there is no error or any mistakes in keying Data into Peachtree System/Excel

- Ensure purchase request/procurement process is complete and executed in compliance to policies

- Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers, ensuring price is always competitive

- Inspect the quality and quantity of procured materials and provide update to Finance Manager

- Always on the look-out for new suppliers and best possible prices and quality

- Compile monthly report on prices comparison for major categories of purchases with market

- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least 3-5-year experience with purchasing or procurement work related

- Bachelor degree of any fields is required

- Ability to work under pressure. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.

- Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus

- Results driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline
