Job Description

- Enhancement POS system

- Responding for issues and bug of POS system

- Consulting for new feature of POS system

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

- Implement security measures

- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer’s software problems

- Install and update company software and hardware as needed

- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

- Reporting for POS Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in operating systems, software and programming or related fields

- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming or related fields

- Ability to lead or develop sale team capacities and problem-solving skills very effectively

- Have a good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty

- Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication

- Good knowledge of computer applications MS office, Internet, Email & Outlook

- Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
