JOB SUMMARY

The Head Chef supervises food preparation and storage, monitor food preparation team and assist HR to recruit. He/ she will create new recipes, organize testing and implement the new recipes with Outlets chefs. He will maintain high standards of quality and productivity at every level of food processing chain.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

- Under the supervision of BM, he/she will control and direct the food preparation process.

- Setting and design kitchen with interior design staff

- Assist maintenance staff to improve the kitchen setup/layout

- He/she will execute new menu implementations.

- He/she will manage the outlets Chefs and assist them in the recruitment and training of their production team.

- He/she will be responsible for health and safety and for food hygiene practices.

- Responsible for ensuring all food processing areas meet regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.

- He/she will ensure a full training for the production team to guarantee consistency in terms of products quality and standards

- He/she will work closely with the Purchasing team to select and order quality products.

- In collaboration with the Marketing & Communication Manager, he/she will create new products to answer special promotion or upgrade menus in a respected time frame.

- He/she will update recipes and recipe costing on a regular basis.

- He/ she will attend any training required by the top management

- Degree in F&B sector

- Proven experience in similar job role is required.

- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.

- Ability to work under pressure. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
