• Create daily and monthly production output report for data base procedure.

• Set daily and monthly target plan for production department to achieve yearly factory’s target plan.

• Conduct weekly and monthly internal and external production achievement results

• Ensure safety work environment by implementing ISO concepts and 5S rules to prevent staff work accident.

• Carry out others tasks assigned by general manager and top management.

• 5+ years' experience in factory & Production Operations

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant certificates

• Excellent project management skills

• Be able to work at province

• Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety

• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group

• Quality Management control and problem-solving skills

• knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
