• Work closely with General Manager on daily operations

• Control and monitor of products from warehouse/port to customers using company system.

• Plan, communicate and coordinate with International Suppliers (Thailand/Singapore/Vietnam/China) to import products

• Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Plan, coordinate truck drivers to deliver products to customer

• Prepare and arrange import documentations such as Import Permits from Ministry, BL, Packing List, Invoice

1. At least 3 years experience in logistics, admin, operations

2. Able to communicate with co-workers, suppliers, customers well.

3. Good in Excel, Word, Email, Internet

4. Honest, Hardworking, Reliable

5. Good coordination skills, Problem solver

6. Organized and methodical
