Job Description

 • Assist manager to manage events and marketing initiative and working closely with Marketing Manger

• Support and coordinate creative & production team to handle in house and agency production

• Initiate and develop the design concept to match the Sales & Marketing

• Proofread the content and plans concept design with accurate manner and high-quality work

• Responsible for photo & video shooting for social engagements

• Perform photo & video editing for both internal and external events

• Manage all Urban Village graphic design & advertising with creative freedom

• Initiate events and activities that develop and maintain cross-member engagement

• Produce design concept and layout print ads (for magazines) Marketing materials

• Support marketing activities such as road show and Condo launching so on

• Deal with client communications for all meeting rooms and events

• Perform other tasks will be assigned by direct manager

Job Requirements

 • Bachelor degree in marketing, graphic design & advertising, information technology or related field

• Has 3 to 4 years’ experience in video produce and graphic design with real estate or related field

• Good computer skills and comfortable with social media and more software in design

• Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets

• Willing to challenge with working under pressure and meet the deadline

• Good communication in English or Chinese (Optional) skills

• Experienced in social content and management

• High-level skills in Photoshop & Illustrator

• Fast learner and flexibility.
