Jobs Description

Prepare support and help desk plan and meet clients

- Ensure support and help desk plan is followed and updated weekly

- Prioritize milestones to deliver against business priorities

- Communicate with client to solve any issues arising in support and maintenance phase,

and negotiate solutions

- Liaise with management in order to get solutions agreed

- Ensure support and maintenance service are done as fast and efficiently as possible

- Report weekly to Managing Director in coordination with Operation Manager

- Ensure weekly IT resource needs are clearly communicated, planned and available

- In charge of sales hand over meeting (Conical hat solutions and partner solutions)

Jobs Requirement

The successful candidates will have the below proven skill sets :

- University Degree in Accounting/Finance/MIS/IT or any related field

- At least 1 year experience in Accounting/Finance/MIS/IT or any related field

- Strong computer skills and passion to learn new software

- Good English both spoken and written

- Must have positive attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge in Conical Hat, Peachtree, QuickBooks or other software solutions is advantage
