** Location : Poipet - Quality Assurance Manager is a special function or task given to a qualified and competent staff or personnel, Reporting performance of QMS to the top management. - Promoting awareness of customer requirements and QMS in the organization, Ensuring the procedures are followed without violations, Ensure documents used in the QMS are revised and kept up to-date and all obsolete documents are not being used. - Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained,  Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.  - Establishing, implementing, and maintaining of the QMS as well as ensuring that it continues to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Evaluating of the effectiveness of the QMS, reporting on it to Top Management and other attendees at scheduled Management Review meetings, making suggestions to improve the system. - Approving, coordinating, and controlling of the Corrective and Preventive Action system and the Internal Audit system, including the verification of implemented Corrective and Preventive Actions to ensure that they are effective. - Ensuring that all employees are aware of the importance of meeting customer requirements and how those requirements relate to their work activities. Communicate and share the company quality philosophy to key personnel in the company. - Keep senior management abreast of significant developments identified during quality control activities. Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability. Refine and develop the existing product warranty and return policy for finished goods.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience of Quality Assurance management. - Must be fluent in written and spoken English. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant quality management experience. - Must have experience of running quality training programs; Certified Trainer an asset. - Excellent leadership and developmental skills, Good business acumen, including superior written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and organizational abilities. - Be aware of Health and Safety standards and their implication in the workplace. - Have a good understanding of the requirements of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace
