- General management - Assistant to management team and develop capacity and knowledge of product - To assist and insure all project are resourced and implemented so to maximize sustainable out comes - Develop and execute area business plan within the assigned area - Develop and grow customer portfolio within the assigned area - Manage and maintain customer relationship to ensure customers’ requirement and satisfaction are met - Monitor Market conditions, Competition’s activities and update Sale Manager the progress on a regular basis - Liaise with Production manager and procurement manger to propose and recommend the appropriate products and solutions for customers, - Promote product awareness and share product knowledge with customers and potential customers - Be responsible for delivering business result - Set strategic and sale for marketing department - Assist manager to complete company’s operational planning - Participate the development of company’s long term strategy

- Master degree or Bachelor degree in Management - Fluent spoken and written English + Chinese - At least 5 years working experience in management level - Preferably managers with strong all-around experience in operations managerial management high impact leadership - Matured, outgoing and with ability to drive performance - HR skill - Accounting skill - Management skill
