Coordinate support to the on-site Program Managers from Future internal teams such as marketing business units, FGC, SBDU, transportation / logistics etc. Drive corporate based initiatives through Program Managers to ensure they are fully implemented at the business partners. Follow up all business activities with the assigned business partners through on-site Program Manager daily reports, phone calls and emails, on "IN" and "OUT" processes: IN: Assist marketing team in running Meet Comps from Future suppliers to provide the business partner with best costs. IN: Work with SBDU team and marketing team to provide the most competitive pricing for BOM opportunities. Diligent follow-up required. OUT: Coordinate sourcing products with FGC for WW key customers through business partners Consolidate and produce regular reports on the status of activities for both "IN" and "OUT". Participate in regular account reviews (via conference call) for both "IN" and "OUT" activities for the assigned business partners with Future Program Managers and his/her counterpart at the business partners. Develop Service Level Agreements (SLA) with all stakeholders and make sure the SLAs are respected.

University Degree minimum Minimum 3-year industry experience with lightings background knowledge preferred Solid understanding of Future operations, including system knowledge and business model Demonstrable understanding of Asian business culture Ability to speak & write at least one Asian language fluently (specific language required will depend on Future's needs e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese etc) Good command of spoken & written English.
