• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties and administrative requirements. • Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. • Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders. • Maintain purchasing records/data and pricing in Pronto. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and following up of current & outstanding orders. • Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers for defects, shortages or missing parts. • Prepare reports and update, summarize data in Pronto for distribution to departments. • Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey. • Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises. • Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items from suppliers.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing. • Conversant in English and Lao. • Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. • Work well under pressure and able to work independently. • Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills. • Able to use program related to Supply Chain SAP experience preferred. • Honesty, truly and reliability; • Proficient in MS Office – mainly Outlook, Word & Excel;
