Jobs Description

• Overall responsibility for the Sales and Business development. • Managing the Sales Department. • Experience with managing “own” Customer portfolio. • Recruiting new Sales Executive. • Training, developing, coaching and inspire the Sales Team to enhance performance, capabilities, knowledge and professionalism. • Support/guide Sales Team to find new potential customers and strategic accounts. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Have a forward-looking view of Sales Pipeline and Go-to-Market opportunities and constantly seek avenues to win new business. • Achieve growth and hit beyond targets by managing the Sales Team. • Support Sales Team to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding the Customer’s needs. • Weekly/Monthly review of account with Key Account Manager and Sales Team. • Understand the market Trend in Vietnam for both Exports and Imports. • Develop our Core Products FCL, LCL, AIR & Project cargo. • Mapping the Customers, Competitions and Suppliers. • Present sales, revenue, estimated earnings reports and forecasts to Country Manager. • Weekly and Monthly reports to Country Manager. • Handle other related jobs under the assignment of Country Manager. • Salary Negotiable

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime. • Experience sales in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics with 3-5 years background of management is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • XLS Super-user (Pivot, etc.). • Team working, strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. • Managerial Sales Manager. • Creativity in developing innovative solutions and ability to present solutions to clients & internal sales staff. • Innovative - trying to see possibilities rather than problems. • Good English skills.
