1. Receives all deliveries like proofing, actual sample, finish Job Order (JO) output, etc. 2. Receiving outgoing & incoming Delivery Receipt (DR) 3. Distribution of outgoing & incoming Delivery Receipts (DR) to Delivery Helpers, Installers, Messengers, and Drivers 4. Constant communication regarding the status of deliveries 5. Dispatch all deliveries, oculars, installations, and drivers with helpers 6. Monitoring the availability of vehicles including the schedule of number coding and for repair & maintenance 7. Preparation, monitoring, checking, and scheduling of all deliverable 8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
