• Ensure operational workflow meets required manufacturer warranty and work procedures • Manage and optimize workshop performance • Ensure workshop operations is in compliance with safety regulations and work instructions • Manage and review the work performance of workshop and frontline staff • Handle customer feedback effectively

Jobs Requirement

• Previous experience and proven track record in delivery of excellent customer service experience • Possess a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering • Min 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity • Strong leadership and management skills that rives high performance team • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Good command of English language (verbal and written)
