• Lead in system understanding and act as trainer to train new recruits on system knowledge • Lead in formulating and development of Operations Department SOPs • Ensure all orders are uploaded into the system • Ensure all orders are delivered according to timeline and schedule • Work closely with Fleet department to ensure all orders are picked up and delivered timely • Understand customer’s needs and provide support • Ensure customers understand our delivery SOP • Manage operational issues and problems • Manage warehousing and ensure all products are kept orderly • Manage inventory control • Overlook retail walk-in customer operations • Manage and train subordinates • Perform other tasks as required by senior management team

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in Operations in logistic, delivery & courier services or ride-hailing industry • Have experience using logistic or business system software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advance level • Leadership with good time management skill • Good problem-solving skill • Able to lead a team and provide mentorship • Good proficiency in Khmer and English. • Understand Chinese is an added advantage
