• Security Systems o Install new equipment and wiring that may include cameras, access control and fire alarms; remove and replace equipment as needed; o Analyze eventual problems, trace faults and proceed to the appropriate repairs; o Perform routine and preventive maintenance. • Communication o Report to management all problems met in the course of your duties; o Help guests that require access to camera feeds; be responsible for a high level of service.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent; • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in surveillance or in a related field; • Good experience with computers; • Basic to Intermediate level of the English language; • Positive attitude, mission-driven and independent; • Well-organized and able to handle administration, management and guests at the same time; • Analytical skills to pay attention to details; • Ability to be on standby and answer to emergencies 24/7; • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure completion on time.
