About the role As a Director of Finance at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, you will report to hotel General Manager and area Finance functional leader. The Director of Finance is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining Hyatt’s standards of Financial Management. Provide the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and drive business success. We are looking for candidates who are currently in a similar leadership role or have relevant experience in hotels. We are looking for a candidate who has: - Strong business awareness and strategic thinker with the capacity of developing strategies to drive for operations excellence and business objectives. - Proven ability as an effective and caring leader, fostering a culture where people are empowered to be their best. - Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. CA certification would be an advantage. - Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Finance, or Finance Manager in larger operation. - Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. - Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred - Local residency or an appropriate, unrestricted work visa. - Proficiency in both the local language and English.
