• Asks customers to explain specific vehicle issues • Enters customer information into system database • Inspects vehicle to further analyze the problem • Advises customer on necessary repairs and maintenance • Prepare work order • Communicate with workshop supervisor of the repairs • Provides cost estimates to customers • Answers questions posed by customers • Maintains all service records of completed service job • Explains the work completed by technician and makes suggestion for future maintenance • Provides billing invoice and explains billing details • Inspects work completed by technician.

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Automotive • At least 2–3 of working experience in the related field • Must have strong technical knowledge in technical • Good customer handling • Professional personal appearance • Able to communicate in both English and Khmer
