- Prepare import/export documents (such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, VAT Patent, Authorized Letter and other related documents) in according to the Customs Office’s regulation. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of the import/export documents to Customs Office. - Follow Up with the Carriers, Forwarding Agent and Airline for status of shipment arrival, to ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to customer on time. - Manage goods delivery to customer’s warehouse in timely manner in certain quantity other and quality. - Support Sales Team in quoting Customs Clearance Quotations Maintain and expand current relationships. - Perform other tasks as required. - Communication with over sea agent and use english as well with a customer - Make balance sheet , compare net cost and quotation

- Bachelor Degree in Management or related field. - More than 3 years experience with logistics and freight forwarding company. - Must be well understood about import, export and clearance processing. - Very good both in spoken and written English - Good communication, management, and customer handling skills. - Well organized and creative. - Immediate availability is an advantage.
