Job Responsibility - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. - Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals. - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations. - Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Working with internal team, marking staff and others manager to increase sale opportunity. - Build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals. - Appointment vendors to support customers. - Follow up sales about quotations, status, and adjustment from customers. - Follow up selling price, lock deal discount price and adjusted price from vendors. - Prepare and pointed Sales for training. - Others task assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field. - At least four years experiences in BDM or equivalents field. - Good in English language, and Chinese language is preferable. - Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; team-work. - Closing skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs,Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism. - Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
